HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

I HAVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been completed, and a second email once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 11am AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next available business day.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order for shipment within Australia you will be sent an Order Confirmation Number along with an Australia Post tracking number for you to track once your order has been dispatched. For tracking visit www.auspost.com.au
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
It is important for us that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return of an unused item in its original packaging and receipt within 30 days of your date of purchase.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT DELIVERY?
Within Australia all orders are shipped with Australia Post so you won’t need to be home to accept delivery. If your order won’t fit within a secure letterbox then the delivery agent will leave a card for collection at your local Post Office. Alternatively you can leave a shipping note when placing an order to say item can be left at front door.
